We do our purchasing through B&T, but I am open to purchasing them from another source if needed. Are there any grants available to purchase braille materials? I would need these to be for kids and teens. This person will also direct the library staff; maintain collections of library materials; perform a variety of complex administrative, supervisory, and professional tasks in order to plan, coordinate, and direct the activities of the library; operate the department in an efficient, customer service-oriented manner; implement City Council directives; and continue to promote and sustain a positive working environment. The new director will continue strengthening the library's connections with the increasingly diverse Red Wing community. Qualifications: A Master's in Library Science, seven (7) years of progressively responsible work in a library setting, and five (5) years of supervisory experience are required. Willow Run & Rosie the Riveter Program

Hi all, We had an excellent program on Willow Run and the story of Rosie the Riveter, which was led by Tribute Rosie Claire Dahl. Claire highlighted the history of the Willow Run B-24 Bomber plant, the inspiring story of Rosie the Riveter and the involvement of the Yankee Air Museum with the National Veterans History Project. She presented in costume and got everyone excited about how the U.S. became the “Arsenal of Democracy” during World War II.
