Due to heightened interest in the Library Partnership for At-Home Test Program, the Michigan Dept. of Health and Human Services has asked us to disseminate this request to you: MDHHS Library OTC COVID-19 Test Distribution Program The Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) wants to ensure all libraries in the State of Michigan are made aware of the Library Partnership for At-Home Test Program. This voluntary program aims to increase access to at-home COVID-19 test kits for individuals, families, and communities who may otherwise struggle with access to healthcare resources, be hesitant to visit a COVID-19 testing location or may lack the funds necessary to purchase at-home test kits for themselves or their families. TLN Youth & Teen Performer's Showcase

The Performer Showcase will be held at* Brighton District Library on Friday, October 13, 2023.* *We will have two sessions, 9:30 AM- 12:00 PM and 1:30-4:00 PM*. Provides reference services, imparts information literacy instruction, facilitates collection and eCollection access, and offers readers' advisory assistance. 2. The survey should take about 25 minutes to complete. Purpose: By responding to this survey, you are contributing to the first known sampling of public library card access trends across the United States. The survey collects data about your library's cardholder signup process for adults and children/teenagers, as well as how these policies and procedures are revised. Brooklyn Public Library will share findings in a report issued to the field in spring 2024; and will convene a working group next summer to publish a framework for library leaders of best practices around cardholder access. Ensure YOUR library is represented! [Take the Survey] Survey Audience: The survey is intended for anyone who currently works or recently worked (within the past 12 months) at a public library in the United States and who is familiar with their library's cardholder signup process.
