policies/procedures for external book clubs

Hello. I am wondering if any library has guidelines or policies for requesting books on interlibrary loan for book clubs that are from the community and not run in-house. We have 5 in-house run book clubs. We also have a handful of various community/friend group clubs that come to us for their book club books, with various setups and requests. We'd like to treat them all consistently and I'm interested in hearing from libraries that may already have something in place for this. Thank you! Free Programming/Storage Furniture Available

?We have a large piece of free furniture, designed for story times that we can no longer use due to limited space. It's in great condition. It's a large book with "pages" that open with a built-in white board and felt board, plus storage. It measures approximately 7 1/4' (W) x 8 1/3 ' (H) x 2' (D). See attached pictures. Grants from LM! The Library of Michigan grants programs are open for 2020/2021! There are three grants programs open for applications this year and detailed information on the grant programs, including the program timeline, applicant eligibility, and the applications, are available at www.michigan.gov/lsta<https://gcc01.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.michig…> in the respective grant sections. CSLP The 2020 Manuals are available online for download at www.cslpreads.org<http://www.cslpreads.org> and your library should have received directions for accessing them last October/November. Please feel free to reach out to me if you have not been able to access your manual. I do have a small number of USB's available, so let me know if you need one. Please note the CSLP state reps have voted to switch the themes around to better suit the artists for 2022/2023, so Sophie Blackall will be illustrating the Oceanography theme in 2022 and Frank Morrison the "All Together Now" in 2023. POSTER ART: Due to limited resources and a short timeline, CSLP has only been able to provide 1 simply designed poster replacement. Greetings Michigan Library Community, Thanks to Sheryl Knox for this explanation about Cat 2 funding and encouragement to take advantage of E-Rate discounts. I have a couple of additional notes: * Coming to the Small and Rural Libraries Conference? There will be an E-Rate panel with me, Joe Polasek, and Matt Stark of the MiSEN about the new horizon of E-Rate in Michigan. It's not your last director's program any longer with the MiSEN! Check the booklet for time and location. * Not quite sure what the MiSEN is or how it could benefit you? It's a Michigan fiber network originally built for schools that now is open to libraries. Libraries are responsible for the last mile connection and then they would benefit from: * Up to 10 Gig at under 50 cents a MB * A consortium application where the library workload for cat 1 funding would be reduced to signing a yearly Letter of Agreement * You're still on your own for cat 2 so if you're interested in those discounts, don't miss Joe's webinar! * Joe Polasek has 100% of his time devoted to E-Rate and while he is assigned to schools, he's a strong advocate for libraries.
