TFOP submission error

Good morning, Is anyone else having a problem submitting your TFOP order to the IRS ? I have submitted ours several times and I continue to get a “form error detected” email in reply. I have double checked our forms several times. I’m clueless as to why it will not be accepted. The text of the email is “We are unable to accept and process your form due to the following reason: Incorrect form. No program specified.” We have selected the option that we prefer. The only box that isn’t checked is the “Remove us from this program”. Has anyone else received this error? Thanks so much Sheila — Sheila M. MeL/MeLCat migration begins - MeL Databases information

Good morning - The MeL/MeLCat server migration has begun! The migration does affect the MeL Databases. 1. Users directly searching the MeL Databases at http://mel.org/Databases will be verified that they are in Michigan based on the IP address of their workstation. If the IP isn't recognized as being in Michigan, patrons will NOT be able to use the optional remote login screen via driver’s license or an account at a MeLCat library. 2. Libraries with direct URLs to the MeL Databases should be able to access the databases if their library IP is registered with the database vendor. If you need to register your library IP address, go to http://mcls.org/ipupdates 3.The MeL Discovery service (at http://search.mel.org and on http://mel.org) and the "Search" buttons on the MeL Gateways have been temporarily removed. We will let you know when everything is back up. Letters about Literature 2016 program - deadlines this week!

A final reminder that the Letters about Literature deadlines are approaching with Dec. 4th for Level III and Jan. 11th for Level I and II. We hope to see letters from your patrons! _______________________________ The Library of Michigan is announcing the 2016 Letters about Literature<http://www.read.gov/letters/> program. We are the Michigan host for this national program from the Library of Congress. It is a reading-writing contest that invites readers in grades 4 through 12 to write letters to authors of books that have changed their lives. This program gives students the opportunity to reflect deeply on a book. As readers, they come to understand how literature is more than assignment, but also a life changing experience. Children and teens can participate on their own or as part of a library or class project. The 2016 letters will be due in two waves. Level III entries (grades (9-12) have a deadline of December 4, 2015 and Level I and II entries (grades 4-6 and 7-8) have a deadline of January 11, 2016. The state and national winners will be announced in May 2016.
