Online billing
by Amber Clement - PIDL 26 Jul '16

26 Jul '16

Does a Board have to approve the bills at the Board Meeting? Or, can we set up online billing and payments? We have a Board member who insists on going electronic but wasn't sure if they had to be approved by the whole Board first. Is there a method we need to adopt?
