CD Disc organizers

Hello all!A couple of years ago, I asked about anyone with CD disc organizers, as no company seemed to manufacture them anymore. They look like this: and are either from BesTrade USA CD Library II; Zio Tek; or CAFTEK Digital Disc Organizer. We were able, at that time, to procure about a dozen or so from a library that wasn't using them anymore. We used them all, and are looking for more. I did see one or two on eBay, but we could use more than that, and would pay around $25 each (that's what we paid for the last 'batch'). They hold 150 discs. Job Posting Job Title: Library Assistant Reports to: Branch Operation Manger Classification: Hourly/Non-Exempt (Full Time) Description A Library Assistant is responsible to perform library tasks at any branch of the Genesee District Library System. A Library Assistant may be required to be in charge of a branch location by themselves or be a substitute for Branch Librarians and provide immediate supervision of Page staff as requested. Duties and Responsibilities * Performs circulation desk procedures, such as checking in and checking out materials, registering patron card applications and collecting fines. * Responsible of sorting, packing, unpacking and inspecting library materials received from or being delivered to other libraries. * Ability to run a daily report of items on hold for patrons and inter-library loan requests. * Providing accurate reference information to patrons in person or by telephone. * Assist patrons with library equipment and machines (e.g., copier, on-line catalog, scanning, faxing, public computers, etc.) also perform routine maintenance and correct minor malfunctions of library equipment, such as refilling paper, toner, and assisting with paper jams. * Responsible of reporting monies received through circulation functions and providing the correct paperwork to the Business Office. Qualifications * Bachelors of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree for an accredited institution. * General computer proficiency, including knowledge of library software and Microsoft Office products. * Ability to work with little supervision and adhere to established policies and procedures of Genesee District Library. * Interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with patrons and staff in a highly effective and courteous manner. * Ability to travel to all branch locations within Genesee County. * Ability to work various hours throughout the week including Saturdays (mornings, afternoons and evenings). Trying to be a bit clearer on what we are looking for... *GLADL – Systems Specialist (Part-Time)* The Grand Ledge Area District Library is a Class IV library in a thriving suburb west of Lansing with a service population of 16,000 people and annual operating budget of $750,000. We want your ideas on how to enhance our collections (90K items), draw new users to the library (70K annual visitors), and create new readers (98K annual circulation). Lots to do in Grand Ledge and the greater Lansing area (music, plays, arts, river, parks) and we love a parade! *Major duties include: * · Managing and overseeing the development of the Library’s computer system TLC (The Library Corporation) to best assist our patrons and staff in utilizing library resources. · Assist with website development and integration with library resources. · Coordinate the technical services team to improve the library’s catalog. Duties include setting up maintenance schedules, deploying new modules, and implementing agreements with vendors. *QUALIFICATIONS:* Candidates should be innovative and enthusiastic; be able to communicate effectively; know how to adapt to a fast-paced work environment; enjoy collaboration; and be able to serve the public cheerfully. · Qualified candidates must possess an Associate’s degree or be working towards a Bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, computer science, or information technology.
