Scheduling software

Hello, We have been doing our staff scheduling using an excel spreadsheet for the past few years which has and is working ok. However I am wondering if anyone is using any software to do scheduling - specifically for a 2 floor building, each floor having a service desk. Statistics on remote bookdrops?

Good morning, The Negaunee Public Library serves both the City of Negaunee and Negaunee Township, and we are located in the Negaunee City Hall. We are currently exploring grant opportunities to hopefully install a remote bookdrop in the township, to increase circulation and better serve the township. If you have a large service area, and have a remote bookdrop, would you happen to have statistics showing a positive trend in patron or circulation numbers after you added the bookdrop? The Head of Youth Services performsprofessional and supervisory work in planning, implementing, and managing acomprehensive program of library service to children and teens and is responsible for allactivities assigned to the Youth Services Department, includingcollection development, services, and programs. Position reports to the Library Director. Requirements: Masters degree in Library Science from anALA accredited institution with progressively responsible professional libraryexperience, including youth services, general reference, collection development, administrative, department head, program planning/execution, and supervisory experience. A workingknowledge/understanding of the principles, methods, and practices of publiclibrary service, including searching methods, readers advisory, cataloging/assigning call numbers (DDC), and referenceinterviews/sources. Excellent customer service and interpersonal communicationskills. Candidates must possess or beeligible for Level 2 certification through the Library of Michigan. Work scheduleincludes evenings and Saturdays. This is a salaried position (40+ hours per week) with a benefitpackage. Starting salary is $47,000 - $52,000 (depending on qualifications).
