Happy Friday! My annual meeting is coming up, so I'm hoping to compile some information to present to my board in regards to wages for myself and staff, as well as vacation days. Class I libraries, or libraries with part-time directors, what have you found to be a fair wage for your work, and for your part-time staff? How many vacation / personal days do you receive annually? 2nd annual Read by Grade Three Law report

EPIC<https://epicedpolicy.org/rbg3/> released the second annual Read by Grade Three Law report on Monday. Main findings include the fact that 52% of Michigan's third-grade students have had a "reading deficiency" identified at some point between first and third grade, teachers want more literacy-focused professional development, and only 0.3% of tested students were actually retained by districts under the Law.
