Scaling back reopening or closing?

Good morning, I don't know if any Michigan libraries have done so, but I have seen that some libraries in other parts of the country have closed again due to increasing COVID-19 cases. Has anyone in the state had to close again, or scale back their reopening plan? What are you using to determine whether you close again? John Hopkins vs CDC

Is there a medical librarian who can elaborate on the meme floating around that John Hopkins COVID data is more accurate than CDC now that hospitals aren’t reporting to CDC, since they get their information from the individual states. What would the main differences have been between each of the institutions dashboards? I’m curious and figured others may be as well. Library staff certification as authorized by the Library of Michigan will be required. A Master’s degree in Library Sciences from an American Library Association accredited university or at least five years’ experience in a supervisory role at a library is preferred.
