The Huntington Woods library is hiring! We're a small, cozy library in a walkable neighborhood near the Detroit Zoo and are part of the TLN shared catalog. We're in need of both substitute adult librarians and substitute library clerks. The adult librarians are needed primarily in the evenings and on weekends (we're open Saturday 10-5 and Sunday 1-5) and the library clerks are needed throughout the week and on weekends. Passwords for Library Cards, Celebrating 2021 Michigan Author Award Recipient Larry Massie, and Upcoming Virtual/In-Person Programs [Library of Michigan logo] Special Collections Update - September 23, 2022 Passwords for Library Cards, Celebrating 2021 Michigan Author Award Recipient Larry Massie, and Upcoming Virtual/In-Person Programs [Database Log In Page]Passwords for Library Cards This summer the Library of Michigan's catalog and patron management software were updated to a new system called FOLIO. FOLIO functions quite differently from the former system and requires a number of changes in the way patrons and staff do things, including how we log in to Library of Michigan databases remotely and log in to patron computers at the Library. In the past, patrons logged in to databases with their Library of Michigan card number and a 4-digit PIN. In order to use the databases now, Library of Michigan card holders will need to change their PINs to regular passwords. Patrons who have already established a regular password recently can continue to use their new passwords. To change passwords, patrons should: 1.
