PA164 Township Libraries
by Cheryl Kersey 17 Jan '25

17 Jan '25

I know this has been discussed before and I do apologize for bringing it back up but I am unable to locate the results on the listserv archives. My board would like to know how all financials are handled at other township libraries. Especially who cuts checks, if you do that internally what’s the mechanism, if any, for the township approving them and do you maintain your own bank accounts separate from the township? Does anyone else use the voucher method from PA164? Kind Regards,Cheryl Kersey, DirectorThree Oaks Township Public Library "A Library is not a luxury but one of the necessities of life."
