New Auto-Graphics Verso, version 4
by Tekonsha Township Library 15 Sep '14

15 Sep '14

Are any other users of Verso having trouble using the AgCat client with the new platform? I seem to have a communication problem with the Auto-Graphics server and am unable to upload to their database when creating records. The "barrel" never activates and the File>Upload to Database is grayed out. Does anyone have a solution? I've talked to the HelpDesk and they recommended using with Chrome instead of IE but it's the same problem. Thank you! Sharla Vincent, Director Tekonsha Township Library 230 S. Church St. Tekonsha, MI 49092 (517) 767-4769

Upcoming talk on Sherlock Holmes at the Romeo District Library - Graubner Library
by Dominic McLaughlin 12 Sep '14

12 Sep '14

Good afternoon, everyone! I just wanted to pass on word about an event we're holding next month: The Romeo District Library (Graubner Library - Washington Township) is hosting Regina Stinson, founder of the Detroit area's own Ribston-Pippins, a scion society of the Baker Street Irregulars, for a free presentation on Thursday, October 2, at 7:00 pm. Her expertise will be brought to bear on Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's famed detective Sherlock Holmes and the topics to be covered are Holmes' own methods, his influence, and what factors account for his continued popularity today! I am attaching our poster flyer and bookmarks template if you would wish to print any for your own patrons. Let me know if you have any questions, of course! Sincerely, Dominic McLaughlin, MLIS Adult Services Librarian Romeo District Library
