Includes evening and weekend hours (Saturday/Sunday). Circulation clerks perform a variety of public service, technical and clerical duties related to the circulation of materials. Rate of pay: $11.80 per hour. If anyone out there in library land has had their local yearbook collection digitized and hosted to a cloud so it is accessible from the library website can you tell me how you obtained permission and how did you figure out who to obtain permission from. Hi, Does anyone have a template that they use for handouts for parents. I am referring to the handouts you would give to parents after a storytime with the rhymes, books, and songs you used. We are moving back to doing this in the fall and I wanted to get a jump on it. Geared to the college/university level, it is a reliable source for peer-reviewed content from leading journals and reference sources. Is the patron interested in genetic DNA or mitochondrial haplogroups or invertebrate paleontology? Have no fear. Don't overlook the Browse by Disciple feature and Topic Finder tool which can lead to related connections for any search. Friends' use of library space

Hi all-- We are planning for a new building--woo hoo!--and of course, I want the Friends to have book sale space rather than hauling box after box of books to the meeting room five times per year. I find plenty of libraries with book stores or sale areas and my board wants to know what the libraries charge for the Friends of the Library to use that space, or what other types of contracts/agreements/arrangements are in place. New MAP Partner Destination: You Figure It Out. Hint: It's A Biggie!

All, I am pleased to announce a brand new partner venue, our 426th, for the Michigan Activity Pass program. Usually I tell you what the new destination is. That's too easy. So this time I am going to make a game of it. Here are some hints: 1. This destination is going to be tremendously popular with library users. It will be top five in terms of MAP checkouts for sure, perhaps even number one once people catch on to the fact that it is there. 2. It traces its roots back to a guy named Ole. 3. It is located in Auburn Hills. This will be easy for a group of information pros to guess. If you don't want to be bothered playing games, though, just go to the MAP website at http://michiganactivitypass.info and see the welcome message in red.
