Simple instructions for using Square for credit card payments

Hello Library Community - I wonder if any of you have put together a simple instruction sheet to help staff members to familiarize themselves with Square. I would happily take instructions for both the traditional Square reader and the new bluetooth reader. I have done a search on the Square site and on Wiki-How and both sites are a bit more involved than I need. Thanks in advance for any help provided! The Beginning Workshop is a 3-day event geared for library staff members that have not had the opportunity for formal library coursework. Its aim is to introduce library staff to a variety of topics and offer them practical skills that they can use working in a public library. Anyone new to the profession or just hired at a library, no matter what their academic credentials, is welcome to attend the event. For those seeking an initial Level 3 or Level 4 certificate from the Library of Michigan attendance at the entire Beginning Workshop is obligatory. "A Teen Walks Into the Library" course Our friends at the Colorado State Library have created A Teen Walks Into the Library, a brand new asynchronous training module for front-line staff, especially those new to serving teens or without any formal training. Smith named ALA President's Program Speaker at 2018 ALA Annual Conference & Exhibition Pulitzer Prize-winning author and poet Tracy K. Smith will speak from 3 p.m. - 5 pm. on Sunday, June 24, 2018, at the 2018 ALA (American Library Association) Annual Conference & Exhibition in New Orleans. Her collection "Life on Mars" won the 2012 Pulitzer Prize and was selected as a New York Times Notable Book. Last summer, PLA piloted this first-of-its-kind internship program designed to present librarianship as a viable career option for the next generation of Americans. In 2017, PLA sponsored paid, mentored public library internships for 50 high school juniors and seniors at 39 host libraries across the U.S., including two tribal libraries and sites in Alaska and Hawaii. For 2018, PLA is proud to offer this opportunity to 50 libraries, with support from IMLS’ grant RE-00-17-0129-17. Each participating library will recruit an intern who, with individual guidance from a mentor, will engage with multiple facets of library life this summer. How do you gather Uses of Wireless Logins per Year for LOM Annual Report?

Hi all, I was told by my tech person that in order to track all wireless logins to our wifi, we'd have to get a separate router to do the job, as our current configuration won't pick that data up; it just shows the hits to the website. Since the Library of Michigan Annual Report has recently been asking for that info (it was in Section H, line 13 this past year), I just estimated it from a clipboard at the front desk, where we note patrons using their own laptops or tablets. But we're missing the users outside the building, phone use and whatnot that we don't notice. (We're a very small, Class I library.)
