Free Audio CD sleeves

I have 22 unopened packages of single-sided Audio CD sleeves designed to go into plastic CD albums (the kind with 3 metal rings) - 5 3/4 in by 5 in. I think each package contains 50 sleeves. I would love to "share the wealth" to as many libraries as possible. If your library can use some of these sleeves, please let me know how many packages you can use. The audience for the survey is public library staff who played an active role in administering or running 2023 summer library programming. One person per library could fill it out, or multiple library staff from the same library could complete the sections of the survey most relevant to their work; e.g. children, teen, or adult programs. * Please coordinate with your colleagues on who will fill it out, especially if you are in a multi-branch system. * This does NOT need to be filled out by Directors. (Adult/YA/Children program overseers can complete their own portions.) * EVEN IF YOU DID NOT USE "ALL TOGETHER NOW" AS YOUR THEME, we invite you to complete the survey! Is this survey required? Health programming offered at many public libraries across the United States is broad and diverse in both content and format. Libraries develop programs in-house and in collaboration with partners that are offered online, in the library, or in the community. These include skills-building programs (e.g., nutrition education classes and food gardening), talks by health professionals or other experts, physical activity classes, oral health programs, health fairs, and referrals to local community resources (e.g., mental health, food banks, health insurance resources, etc.). While public libraries are regarded as trusted sources of health information in their communities and offer vital health programs, the scope of health information services and programming currently provided in public libraries in the state of Michigan has not been documented. Goal of Study The overall purpose of this survey is to examine how Michigan public libraries are supporting the health and well-being of members in their communities. This study further has the potential to build a better understanding of the challenges reported by library directors related to efforts to support the health of their communities.
