This new benefit will connect eligible households to jobs, critical healthcare services, virtual classrooms, and so much more. As of May 12, 2021, eligible households will be able to enroll in the program to receive a monthly discount off the cost of broadband service from an approved provider. Michigan Archival Association Board Nominations - extended

Please excuse cross-posting. ****Deadline Extended to May 19, 2021**** The 2021 Nominating Committee of the Michigan Archival Association is seeking nominations for Board members! Elections will be held electronically leading up to the MAA Business Meeting (June 22, 2021) during this year's MAA conference. Once again due to Covid-19, the board has voted to hold an all-virtual conference in 2021. The following Board positions are open: Secretary (2-year term) Treasurer (2-year term) Member-at-Large #1 (3-year term) Member-at-Large #2 (3-year term) Board members and officers meet at the call of the President on a quarterly basis, or as needed. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, meetings have been held remotely, but may resume meeting in Lansing or another agreed-upon location in person when it is safe to do so. Remote attendance will always be available for those unable to travel. Each board member is asked to actively participate on at least one standing committee among the several that exist with the Michigan Archival Association. If you are interested in a position, please contact Nominating Committee Chair, Heidi Butler, at butlerh(a)cadl.org. Indicate the position you are interested in and include a short biography. The deadline for nominations is May 1, 2021 May 19, 2021. The membership can also nominate individuals for board positions at the Annual Meeting.
