Hello All: The libraries of St. Joseph County Michigan held our 11th annual One Book One County author event this last Thursday. (www.OneBookOneCounty.org) We had an incredible turnout and I wanted to share that those in attendance were excited to see her. 550 people showed up, which is high compared to prior years’ events. Our Speaker/Author this year was Mahtob Mahmoody who authored "My Name is Mahtob", (www.MyNameisMahtob.com) She is The daughter from the 1987 book "Not Without My Daughter." The brief statement of position duties reads: Collaborate with others in Academic Information Services to coordinate outreach and promotional activities. Create and foster campus and community partnerships in order to accomplish mutual goals. Coordinate planning of scholarly, cultural, and advancement events. Collaborate with others to produce communications materials in a variety of formats. Continuously assess promotional activities and events. Perform circulation duties when assigned. Feedback requested: digital storage of patron registrations

Hi all, Does anyone use digital storage for archiving patron registrations? If so, which product? Costs? Pros/cons? I am doing research on the best way to store library patron registration forms. Currently, our patrons fill out and sign a paper registration form at our branches. Those forms are then stored in endless stacks of boxes at our Service Center.
