help needed for an APA citation

I need help in citing a "custom" printed/published(?) biology lab book in APA. I have looked at the manual and the website and I can not find an example. This is the info I have (and the attachments will show the layout for those so inclined) The cover of the lab book has in the upper right- Pearson Custom Library in more prominent type face - lower right- Human Biology BIOL 104 Bay College Escanaba, Michigan Title page Pearson Custom Library (top of page) BIOL 104 Human Biology(middle of page) Bay College Escanaba, Michigan Pearson (bottom of page) next page has the copyright statement- 2016 by Pearson Learning Solutions Any suggestions? MAP: Meet The Team at MLA!

All, Are you attending this year's Michigan Library Association conference at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi? If so, you'll want to be sure to stop by the Plymouth Rocket booth in the exhibit hall and say "hi" to Ric Bailey. Ric is the developer and software engineer of the TixKeeper software platform on which our Michigan Activity Pass runs. My colleague Brigette and I will be at MLA on Thursday, and we look forward to seeing all of you there. Finally, don't forget Thursday's luncheon, with keynote speakers Tom Daldin and Jim Edelman of Under the Radar Michigan. I'm glad you asked, because the answer is EXCELLENT! We are five months into statewide MAP Year 3. As of today you've circulated two and one half times the number of MAP passes that were checked out in the TOTAL 12 months of last year's program! Also, the number of hits to the MAP website has already surpassed last year's total, too, by 15% as of today. Great stuff! SEMLOL Fall Meeting

This a friendly reminder that early registration for the SEMLOL Fall Meeting is ending soon. Please register online (even if you are paying in-person on the day) by November 1st to receive the early registration rate of $15. Those registering after November 1st will be charged a $20 registration fee. There has been a room change since our first announcement. SEMLOL will now be meeting in room 328/329. MLA Academic Libraries Summit - Call for Proposals

It is time to submit proposals for the MLA Academic Libraries Summit to be held May 20, 2016 in Lansing! The Summit will be a day-long opportunity to explore new ideas, meet other library professionals and look at the profession from different perspectives. We're interested in proposals on topics in every area of librarianship, addressing the issues critical to academic libraries. We welcome proposals that explore the present and the future of academic library collections, staffing and services.
