The Otsego District Library has the following items for sale for the listed prices, OBO. 7 jungle animal cardboard cutouts (Lion not shown in picture but comes with set) Whole set is $200 OBO Garfield w 3 friends Fathead standups – Garfield has two small spots where color ripped off (hand/background) but otherwise decent. Could easily repair by printing same color and gluing piece on. Garfield, Arlene, John, and Odie. Would like to keep whole family together but will consider selling solo characters if whole set does not sell. All 4 characters together for $250 OBO 6 shelf Atlas stand. Employee Improvement Plans, Employee Conduct Policies

Hello, We have a long list of policies that we need to create or update, but most urgently I'm needing to develop an employee conduct policy and some form of an employee improvement plan or disciplinary system. The immediate need is to address two staff members who are extremely harsh and disrespectful in interacting with their colleagues, often acting as if they are an authority figure through intimidation (despite the fact that they are peers, but then denying and deflecting when coached on how this is not an appropriate or helpful dynamic). I would like to have a broader policy that covers a wide variety of staff conduct expectations, so if anyone has a policy or a coaching/accountability process they're willing to share, I'd very much appreciate it! Live video question

The past couple of years, we've had butterflies in the library, displayed from caterpillar to release. This year, we'd like to set up a live camera feed, something we could display on our website, or provide links to, so people can check on them any time. I'm hoping to get some recommendations for a camera to purchase, that would let us do this. There are so many different kinds of cameras out there to sort through! I am, of course, trying not to break the bank, and I'd prefer something that doesn't transmit audio (in either direction). Hello Michlib! Please join us at 7:00 PM, Monday, February 10th as we welcome Compassion & Choices' presentation End-of-Life Options in Michigan. Through this interactive presentation, Compassion and Choices members will detail the medical landscape in Michigan today, explain advanced directives and why everyone should complete theirs, review dementia’s nuances and explain medical-aid-in-dying. Presenters will guide participants through slightly humorous, thoughtful interactive questions and show a brief movie clip. Our Michigan Action Team members are trained to present clear, accurate information about end-of-life autonomy and equally important, clarify any preconceived misconceptions. We foster a comfortable atmosphere that promotes open dialogue for the audience. Relevant handouts are available as well as the opportunity to chat with our presenters. We have three of the tables pictured available for free to anyone who would like to come to the Farmington Community Library 12 Mile location to pick them up? The measurements are 6 ft long x 29 inches high x 30 inches wide. They weigh about 50lbs each and are made of particle board with wood finish. The tops show some wear and tear.
