Lansing Community College Library is seeking a collaborative, student oriented Manager of Library User Services and User Experience The Manager of Library User Services and User Experience provides leadership and management of front-line library access service operations including circulation, course reserves, stacks maintenance, library facility, and customer service excellence. The Manager of Library User Services and User Experience oversees library access services staff in a collaborative team environment. The Manager also participates in and leads usability studies and user assessment activities to enhance the overall user experience with library spaces, collections and services. This is a 12-month administrative position reporting to the Library Director. The salary range is $49,433 - $52,954 commensurate with qualifications and experience. Patron Record Management

Hello, My library is looking to find a new way of storing our patron records. We are a fairly large library system with about 200,000 patrons active in the ILS. If your library system is of comparable size, could you tell me how you store paper registrations for the purpose of keeping the patron signature on file? Do you use any sort of database software? How do you tag the scanned records? What kind of digital storage do you use - server- or cloud-based? Thank you!
