Check out *Ric Mixter* and his amazing program STORM. STORM is a multimedia presentation of shipwreck history that combines Ric's wonderful presentation and gigantic slide show with a LIVE rock band that performs original shipwreck-themed music. It's like having a rock band in your history class! Ric also does a solo presentation that is first class. We had him speak solo and then booked a STORM program at Willard Library in Battle Creek. PLA's Project Outcome is a free toolkit designed to help public libraries understand and share the true impact of essential library services and programs by providing simple surveys and an easy-to-use process for measuring and analyzing outcomes. Project Outcome also provides libraries with the resources and training support needed to apply their results and confidently advocate for their library's future, helping them turn better data into better libraries. This special training opportunity brings an expert trainer to facilitate deep-dive training into outcome measurement using the Project Outcome tools. Convene a cohort of public libraries interested in implementing outcome measurement to drive change, influence decision making, and demonstrate the true impact of their library's programs and services on the community.
