Please pay attention to Pack vs No-Pack
We too are having a problem with our materials being returned without packing. These items are sent in a padded envelope and are to be returned in the same. We have a label that says "PACK" in large, bold, all-caps, that's being ignored. Instead, they're coming back wrapped in rubberbands, which are warping the soft-covered books, and damaging pages. Please, please, please, make sure if the library requests that an item (whether it be a book, CD, DVD or anything else) be packed, please honor that request! Thank you, Amber L.
