I'm the main MelCat person in my library who unpacks, and I'm running into quite a few that aren't packed.  We have a label that says "PACK" in large, bold, all-caps, that's being ignored.  Instead, they're coming back wrapped in rubberbands, which are warping the soft-covered books, and damaging pages.  

Please, please, please, make sure if the library requests that an item (whether it be a book, CD, DVD or anything else) be packed, please honor that request!
