We do not accept faxes for patrons. A few of the reasons are: 1. It opens us up for possible abuse, and associated costs, as incoming faxes are an additional charge under our Documo faxing service. 2. We were concerned with the amount of labor that might be involved in attempting to assist with incoming faxes, interruptions this may cause with other patrons using the public copiers, and confidentiality issues that might involve patron B obtaining patron A's fax. 3. Kinkos/FedEx is not that far from our location and can help patrons with this need, while keeping information secure and confidential. Herrick District Library Pete Sneathen I.T.
