Hi Stephanie, We use the Documo<https://www.documo.com/> fax service. Our cost is approximately $32 per month for the VOIP line from our carrier, TDS, and $44 per month for the Documo service (this might be grandfathered pricing, as it looks like their pricing is much higher, but I know they do offer non-profit discounts). This provides a total of four fax bridge devices (service points) across our district. The service supports standard analog lines from our copiers (both public- and staff-facing), so faxing is fully integrated into the copier interface. This makes the process simple for both staff and patrons to use. With a total monthly cost of $76, we are able to offer faxing services to the public at no charge.
