Hello Libraryland, If you allow users to apply for and receive a digital library card (E-card) online, what software or resource do you use to verify their address and phone number, etc.? Also, what information do you collect for application purposes? For the digital library card (E-card), I am thinking of a card number that allows users to have access to online digital resources only, not physical items.
