Hi Zackery, Maybe someone will be able to correct me on this, or perhaps things have changed over the years, but I was under the impression that our hold shelves had to remain behind the desk for privacy purposes. I would be curious to know, along with your questions, what libraries that are implementing this system do to keep the book titles on the hold shelf hidden. Are they being wrapped, put in bags, etc....?
