Hi Katherine, We've received several such emails from different user names. I believe they are spam. I responded to the first one thinking it could be legit and received no reply. Then more arrived in our Info email and I just ignore them. For me, an independent library visit would mean more than being welcomed inside. It would mean understanding the layout enough to find the main areas I need with dignity and confidence.
