Hi Katherine,
We've received several such emails from different user names. I believe they are spam.
I responded to the first one thinking it could be legit and received no reply. Then more arrived in our Info email and I just ignore them.

Subject: [Michlib-l] Blind patron navigation emails
Hello,
I keep getting these very similarly worded emails by different accounts and am thinking they might be spam but wanted to see if any other library are getting these? I responded to the first one without any response back. I want to take them seriously if they are not spam. Thanks for your suggestions!
ex:
I may want to stop by Bridgman Library at some point, so I wanted to send a quick note as a blind future visitor.
For me, an independent library visit would mean more than being welcomed inside. It would mean understanding the layout enough to find the main areas I need with dignity and confidence.
Could your team ever consider something that helps with that?
