Hey Eric, We have never been asked to supply a letter, but we usually make any requests through email so that both parties have a record of the request. Also, some places ask to fill out a request form that they provide. My YSL is planning the Summer Reading Program. Some prize donors wonder if they can receive a letter to apply for their tax returns.
