Hello I am looking into the possibility of offering delivery service to home bound patrons in our area. I was wondering if anyone else had success doing this, and what policies they have established to make this work effectively. Specifically I am looking into: 1) What qualifications a resident must meet for service. 2) What are rules/qualifications for delivery personnel. 3) What unanticipated pitfalls you encountered implementing the service.
