Greetings! Library Law Spotlight: September - Privacy Law Update 09/30/2020 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM ET Summary - This webinar will review the pending amendments to the Library Privacy Act, as well as other legal issues surrounding information and data privacy for public libraries. Description - Privacy is an important issue for libraries. In addition to privacy laws governing patron records and reading histories, libraries must grapple with data privacy, employee privacy and even privacy of a patron's reference inquiries.
