We are eventually going to get Vega Program. Installation is happening in our co-op now, we are on the list. I just did webinar with Innovative today talking about the new Program software. From what I saw on the webinar, it looks promising for ease of use for staff and patrons. I've used Local Hop in the past, I think it had too many clicks to be a good option. We use Google Calendar and put the room reservations down as events. We color code the events according to which room is being reserved. It works very well for setting up multiple events over time (repeating weekly, monthly or every third Wednesday), it is accessible from anywhere, it's easy to add the necessary details to the reservation, and it's free. We use ResSched for our room scheduling. It is relatively cheap for us and will prevent double booking of rooms.
