If the email was just textual (and all descriptions I have read have not mentioned that there was any attachment), and you replied, you don’t have any extra cause to worry that you are now infected with something because of receiving that email. (Of course, you should already be running up to date security software and taking all manner of precautions to practice safe computing. If you aren’t doing that, then take this as motivation to start doing so.) What you need to do is be aware and alert for further contact that may try to take this a step further and ask you to open something, download something, provide further information, etc. This is called social engineering.
