If you have not received a stipend in this fiscal year (10/1/2022 - 9/30/2023), you can apply at www.michigan.gov/cestipend<http://www.michigan.gov/cestipend>. The applications are scored and how recently you have received a stipend and how recently your library has had a staff member with a stipend are part of the score, so applying does not automatically mean you will be funded, but most applications are funded.
