It's our 190TH birthday! Hooray! The Historical Society of Michigan's (HSM) founders, Lewis Cass and Henry Schoolcraft, have joined the party and are busy celebrating our 190th birthday weekend. Join us! HSM was founded on June 23, 1828, to facilitate the growth and restoration of Michigan's history. We're still kicking to this day with educational programming, conferences, bus tours, magazines, publications, and more.but we would not be here today without the support of our members and followers.
