Join instructors Annette Ogger and Ted Ferman from the Michigan Tai Chi Association as they discuss what tai chi is, its origins, and the specific health benefits of tai chi for older adults (ages 60+). There will be an interactive component where you'll get to try out some basic tai chi movements, so please wear comfortable clothing and athletic shoes! No previous tai chi experience required.
