The State Librarian's Excellence Award recognizes a Michigan Library that best exemplifies excellence in customer service. A $2,000 cash prize will be awarded to the winning library and $1,000 each will be awarded to the two Citation of Excellence runners-up. All three award-winners will receive trophies for public display. We hope you will consider nominating your library this year! The deadline for nominations has been extended to Friday, August 25 (a postmark of August 25 is acceptable).
