NNLM presents: Self-Care During Stressful Times

Self-Care During Stressful Times<https://nnlm.gov/class/self-care-during-stressful-times/29024> Self-care is more than bubble baths and coloring books. Let's talk about the ethic of care and how it applies to ourselves, what boundary-setting looks like, as well as some tips and tricks to keep yourself centered and avoiding burnout (and yes, we'll talk a little about bubble baths and coloring books too). Speaker JJ Pionke is the Applied Health Sciences Librarian at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. His award-winning research focuses on disability and accessibility in libraries for both patrons and employees. When he is not advocating for disability rights and inclusion, he's playing video games, reading, and spending time with his two Maine Coon cats. Note Due to high demand, we are accepting up to 750 registrations for this event, but only the first 500 viewers will be able to attend live. The webinar room will open about 15 minutes before the start of the event, and we recommend you arrive early. Everyone who registers will receive an email with a link to the recording and any resources within two weeks following the webinar.
