Thanks, Clare! I am confused about the following section. DId they miss a sentence about full time status for the difference between small and large employers? (i.e. 40 hours + 32 and 72 hours of paid sick leave?) Thank you. *2. Earned Sick Time Act (ESTA):* The reinstated ESTA will replace the current PMLA. The ESTA mandates that employers grant employees one hour of paid sick time for every 30 hours worked, subject to annual maximums. Small employers (employers with less than 10 employees) must offer 40 hours of paid sick leave and 32 hours of unpaid leave.
