Learning Express's Adult Learning Center<http://galesupport.com/migeoipcheck/migeoipcheck-lxpress3.php?database=AL> offers help through tests, eBooks and tutorials in building math skills, reading, writing, speaking, and grammar. Basic ESL<https://institutions.basicesl.com/access> (r) enables public libraries to offer online English learning for free with support in 19 languages. (Individual Michigan libraries don't have to sign up for access as MeL has been provided statewide access with the unique url as shown in the Literacy classification.)
