Hello all,
Tucked in the
Literacy Classification in the MeL Books & Literacy Gateway are some resources for learning English as well as improving skills in reading, grammar and writing.
Learning Express’s
Adult Learning Center offers help through tests, eBooks and tutorials in building math skills, reading, writing, speaking, and grammar.
Basic ESL ® enables public libraries to offer online English learning for free with support in 19 languages.
(Individual Michigan libraries don’t have to sign up for access as MeL has been provided statewide access with the unique url as shown in the Literacy classification.) Early literacy is covered too through
Early Literacy Resources,
Reading Tub, and
MiLitNetwork,
among others. Michigan residents or Michigan library access only.
