Hi Michlib! Our library is considering whether or not to start offering chat as a reference tool for our patrons. If your library currently offers chat: * Do you see a lot of patrons use chat? * What types of questions do they ask or use it for? * How do you determine scheduling/who covers chat? * What policies do you have in place? * What are the best platforms?
