This individual also serves on the seven-member leadership team. The Howell Carnegie Library is about to embark on strategic planning, responding to a shift in community demographics and library usage. The successful candidate will strengthen library services to meet the changing needs of the community, offering robust programming options for adults. This individual will manage and supervise a mix of eight full and part-time staff to create a cohesive team. *Competitive salary* from $58,417 – $73,653 (with placement negotiable dependent on experience and qualifications).
