The Midwest Collaborative for Library Services is offering three management-focused virtual workshops in its Supervisor Series this spring. The workshops, held over Zoom, are designed to be as engaging and interactive as an in-person workshop, and each workshop includes individual and group activities, discussion, and hands-on practice. The workshops being offered are: * Motivating Employees to Be Their Best - Thursday, February 29, 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Eastern (9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Central): This workshop is designed to help supervisors discover how to tailor their leadership and communication style to suit the needs of their employees and find intrinsic methods of motivation.
