All, As you likely have, for some time we have been hearing rumbling and rumors that one or more of the digital components of the former Baker & Taylor was to be resurrected. That would now appear to be the case or at least, the intent with Charlotte, NC based (just like B&T was!) LibraryOne Digital, Inc. [ https://ts360.baker-taylor.com/_layouts/CommerceServer/DefaultNonLogin.aspx?... | https://ts360.baker-taylor.com/_layouts/CommerceServer/DefaultNonLogin.aspx?... ] [ https://www.libraryone.com/ | https://www.libraryone.com/ ] From the looks of it the idea is to use the former B&T TS360 product both as a paid subscription database for print collection development (but not ordering) as well as a marketplace for digital ordering for the Boundless (previously Axis360) now LibraryOne digital platform. Under [ https://www.libraryone.com/publishers | https://www.libraryone.com/publishers ] is a tag that reads "Why Publishers Can Trust Us" Use the word publisher and library interchangeably there and I would like to know the answer to that question myself. Call me skeptical. Has anyone had any success contacting B&T? We had just entered into a leasing program with them when everything shut down, and we're unsure what steps to take next. We've sent multiple emails with no response, and every phone number we've tried goes straight to voicemail. If anyone has a reliable way to reach them or can share what's worked for you, I would greatly appreciate it.
