Currently, our procedures are scattered: some are up-to-date, some are not; some are written down, some exist only in emails, and some have been shared verbally with one person but not the next. You get the idea! If anyone is willing to share their existing procedures manual or has any guidance on how to approach creating one, I would greatly appreciate it. Any examples, tips, or best practices would be helpful as we start organizing and documenting our processes.
