
We are also not discontinuing. However, we have made the following adjustments: * Reduced the number of allowable checkouts per customer; * Stopped emailing people about renewing items they still have; * And just this month, we changed the limit of the allowable cost of instant borrows from $3.99 to $2.84. I am getting complaints from some people, but it is estimated that it will save us a lot of money. I’ll know once I get the March bill. I recently got a new hoopla rep, and I shared my concerns. He did an analysis and found that the reduction in the cost of instant borrows will make a significant difference (the last bullet).
