The Lead Librarian I, under the direction of the Branch Operations Manager, will serve as the branch leader for a couple of branches. Some of the essential duties are: * Manage the operations of a branch or multiple branches. * Present at least three Story-times a week. * Maintain a well-balance collection. * Communicate and build strong community bonds by working with local community leaders. Attend local municipal meetings representing MADL. * Develop service-oriented programming * Provide direction and supervision to the staff and volunteers assigned to the branch and update them on new procedures.
