-------------------------------------------------- **Please excuse cross-postings.** --------------------------------------------------- Oakland University’s Kresge Library seeks a versatile, creative, and service-oriented librarian to join us in enhancing the library’s growing digital collections within a collaborative, teaching library environment. The Visiting Digital Assets Librarian contributes to the acquisition, production, and management of the library’s digital assets and e-resources, and provides metadata and technical expertise to advance the library’s strategic goals in support of the university’s teaching, learning, and research endeavors. Candidates will apply best practices to digitization and preservation processes. Candidates will share knowledge of current models, practices, and tools used by academic libraries for the access and discoverability of e-resources. Candidates will demonstrate ability to prioritize, plan, coordinate, and implement projects. Candidates must demonstrate experience with or a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
